The Department of Physics, Amolakchand Mahavidyalaya, Yavatmal, inaugurated the Physics Society with enthusiasm on 23rd September 2026 at Shri. Vasantrao Naik Hall. The society was inaugurated by President Dr. A. B. Lad, Principal, Amolakchand Mahavidyalaya. In his address, he congratulated the department and urged students to actively participate in scientific activities, develop curiosity, and cultivate a research-oriented mindset. Student In-charge Dr. Anand S. Kakde introduced the office bearers of the Physics Society. Mr. Ankush Sikarwar, President of the Physics Society, addressed the students and highlighted the society’s objectives. He shared his vision for strengthening student participation and organizing innovative activities throughout the year. Ms. Komal Bukane efficiently conducted the programme, while Mr. Sahil Gulle proposed the vote of thanks.
